Hi Frode,

You shouldn't need to copy anything from Windows. You should start from scratch with Eclipse 3.5, install FB for Linux alpha 5, and then apply Danyul and my patches. Should work fine.

I tried with the latest eclipse 3.5Sr1 and Flex Builder Linux Alpha 5 and I can't get the .mxml editor to open. (.as files seem to open just fine) It fails with an assert very similar to the one in https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FBE-306.

I've tried:
* Copying com.adobe.flexbuilder.editors.derived_3.0.214193.jar from a flex windows install over com.adobe.flexbuilder.editors.derived_3.0.257568.jar (causes eclipse to completely lose any reference to flex builder)
* Copying eclipse-galileo-fbl-patch/eclipse/plugins/com.adobe.flexbuilder.editors.derived_3.0.204732.jar from danyul's patch over com.adobe.flexbuilder.editors.derived_3.0.257568.jar (causes eclipse to completely lose any reference to flex builder)

Anyone got any hints on how to get the mxml editor working again?
