    All the benefits of custom developed apps without the buzz killing infrastructure. This video is a window into the future.

    Very nice approach. James – want to see an RIA that is a completely re-invented approach to CRM? We have a FLEX front end for users who want to turbocharge their daily work with Salesforce.com? Suppose that were just a way to get people happy to use the system so that we could give them tool that make using a truly customized selling process easier than not using a process? Let me know if you’d like a tour.
