		<description>Nice video James!  I think this UI suffers from a common Flex problem which is that a lot of Flex built applications looks the same out of the box.  Taking advantage of all the CSS properties and especially using component skins can really improve the aesthetics of the UI big time.  For example, in this video, it looks like the data grid, component theme, chart styles, etc are all pretty out of the box.  Anyway, Flex rocks!</description>
